I'm not too familiar with mattress stores, and being in Baltimore for the first time, I decided to pick the one I had nearest to my new home. A gentleman named Paul "helped me" pick my mattress. At first he seemed nice, but once I told him my budget (college budget around 300-400), he didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all. I said I wanted something simple and easy to use and affordable since I came here to study.

When he showed me a couple of mattresses, he seemed "okay" and showed me the ones the store had for my price range. When I picked out the one I wanted, he asked me sit down at his desk so that we could work on the paperwork. As soon as he sat down, he started texting and I knew it wasn't work related because I was able to see what they were chatting about. So while he was happily texting, he was also "filling out" my paperwork. Soon, when he requested my method of payment, he asked for my credit card, so we swiped it, and while he was swiping my card with one hand, and on the other one he was scrolling down an article. Without even extending his arm out or even looking up, he "gave" me my card back. After everything was done, he didn't tell me where to pick it up until I asked him. He didn't say a word and he kept scrolling down through his marvelous article. He soon printed out the receipt and didn't say a word, once again, he didn't even extend his arm or shook my hand, he basically had a paper on his hand for me to grab... Pompous ***. I stood there not knowing if anything else was needed, and when I asked he said: "No, you're done".

This is my first review, and the reason why I'm writing it, is because they truly deserve this review. I wish this person changes his personality, or gets fired. I will post my review on various websites and even send it to the company's site as well. I do hope someone from the store actually replies and I hope it's Paul. Save some time, I'd rather go miles away for a better customer service than this one.
