We contacted CS on warranty issue for mattress bought 6 months ago, and 2 1/2 weeks later I am STILL waiting for return call from them to fix this! This is supposed to be a Serta, but Serta says they have no such product and question why there were no hang tags on Mattress!

This is the SECOND defective mattress we have gotten from Sleepy's in under 2 years!

Last time they gave us huge run around and never showed for scheduled appointments and later tried to deliver a stained and/or used mattress to us! They also tried to play with the receipt to show that we had much less money invested in the deal and therefore we would get ripped off if we ever had a future problem - which is just what we have!

Monetary Loss: $1355.
