WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'VE NEVER HAD TO GO THROUGH SUCH A BAD HASSLE WHEN I'M SPENDING MONEY IN A COMPANY.

I PLACED MY ORDER AT A SHOWROOM AND MY DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO COME IN ON APRIL 4TH. THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME THE DELIVERY GUYS WILL REMOVE THE OLD MATTRESS. SO I ASKED THE DELIVERY GUYS TO IF HE CAN REMOVE THE OLD MATTRESS SINCE. ONCE I TOLD HIM THAT, HE SAYS NO AND HE WILL CONTACT HIS MANAGER TO FIND OUT IF HE IS ALLOWED TO DO THAT.

INSTEAD OF CONTACTING HIS MANAGER, HE CALLED SLEEPY'S CUSTOMER CARE AND TOLD THEM I HAVE BEDBUGS IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT EVEN INSPECTING MY HOUSE. HE LEFT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT I NEED TO GET MY HOUSE CLEANED AND AFTER THAT THE MATTRESSES WOULD BE DELIVERED OR I CAN GET THE MATTRESS WITHOUT WARRANTY. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT!!!

INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER AT ALL, THEY WERE GOING BY THE STATEMENT THEIR DRIVER MADE. THEN THE SHOWROOM'S MANAGER RESCHEDULED THE DELIVERY DATE AS A COURTESY. HE TRIED TO HELP AS MUCH AS HE WAS ABLE TO. THE NEW DELIVERY DATE WAS MONDAY BETWEEN 2-6PM.

AT 5:30 PM, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SLEEPY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MY MATTRESSES WOULDN'T BE DELIVERED BECAUSE I HAVE BEDBUGS. I TOLD THE REP OF THE WHOLE ISSUE THAT I WENT THROUGH. INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO WHAT I TOLD HER, SHE KEPT ON REPEATING THE SAME THING. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I STAYED HOME ALL DAY AND I RECEIVED A CALL 30 MINS BEFORE THE DELIVERY TIME.

10 MINS LATER, THE DELIVERY GUYS CAME IN WITH THE MATTRESSES. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT THE MATTRESSES INSIDE, I HAD HIM INSPECT MY HOUSE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY BEDBUGS. HE DIDN'T FIND ANY ISSUE AND HE APOLOGIZED AND SAID HE WOULD WRITE IT ON HIS NOTES THAT HE DIDN'T SEE ANY BEDBUGS. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH WHEN I WAS GIVING MY BUSINESS TO THEM.

THIS IS SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HASSLE ANYONE HAVE TO GO THROUGH. I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL EVER SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

Bedbugs live in mattresses, pretty sure it was noticed before removal & new one set up. They don't want your gross bedbugs on their truck. .

Right. Because then all the new mattresses that get delivered after that, will get bedbugs too. Gross.
