We bought a mattress for our son in post grad. After the 2nd attempt to deliver the mattress, they only left the box spring! Had no mattress to deliver. We called the customer service line and the woman was such a b****!!! Her name was Shaniqua or something like that. We told her that it was not a complete delivery. She said, it shows here it was a complete delivery, what do you want me to do about it? Such a loser, no help ***!

We ended up canceling our order.

We will never, ever buy ANYTHING from this place again!!!!! We called the store where we bought it and tried to get them to help us. They were no help, and said that they were out of this certain mattress!!! They charged our credit card, then charged it again for an upgraded box spring. Then never delivered it!!!

Save yourself the headache and do NOT ever buy from this company!!!!
