I had a mattress delivered on October 25, 2014 it was like a brick, so I went to the store to due an exchange.

They had told me that I had 21 days to return the mattress if I was not happy!! (Sounds good right!)

They never tell you that if you exchange it, you can only exchange for equal or higher value.

If mattress goes on sale you get the sale price. (Bull!)

I purchased mattress for $2,100 in the store, on line the sale price was $1714.99

Go to a store just to see what you want.

"DO NOT BUY FROM ANY STORE"!!!!!

Purchase it on line if you want to deal with them.

I feel the store was just giving me the run around.

Monetary Loss: $385.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
