I PURCHASED THE BARRINGTON OAKS QUEEN SET ON 2/10/13 IN WHICH IT SLEEPS WELL IN THE FIRST 2-3 MONTHS THEN THE SAGGING BEGAN. I THOUGHT IT WAS CRAZY BECAUSE THIS IS "SUPPOSE" TO BE A BRAND SPANKY NEW BED.

CLEARLY IT IS A REFURBISHED MATTRESS. I PUT IN A CALL TO CUST SERVICE TODAY WHO TELLS ME THAT AN INSPECTOR WILL COME OUT TO INSPECT THE MATTRESS AND HE WILL DETERMINE IF IT IS A PROBLEM OR NOT. CLEARLY YOU COULD SEE THAT THE MATTRESS HAS A DEEP HOLE AND IT CAUSING ME AND MY FIANCE BACK PROBLEMS.

IF I AM APPROVED FOR A STORE CREDIT, NOT THE ACTUAL MONEY TO TAKE TO ANOTHER STORE, I CAN GET A DIFFERENT TYPE OF MATTRESS-AND TAKE A CHANCE ON THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENING OR EVEN WORST THINGS ACCURRING. I WOULD LIKE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK, THE SAME WAY I PAID FOR THIS DEFECTED/REFURBISHED MATTRESS IS THE SAME WHAT I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED!!!!!!!!!
