Purchased mattress & adjustable base on 6/25/15. We paid $4,800..

It was delivered 2 days later.From the day it was delivered my husband & I can not sleep on this. (King size). It slopes & sags on both sides. On 6/29 we went back to store & told them of this problem.

They said we must keep mattress for 30 days & then we can return it. They will take back mattress but not adjustable base!This is ridiculous! What are we going to do with base. I don't want another adjustable!

Since then tried to speak with our original salesperson Daron who assured us we could return it base & all. Also tried to speak with manager Omar who we were told floats. Spoke with 2 other sales people Andy & David who told us return possible. They also told messages for Omar who they said would call us.

So far no calls from Omar. You will never see or speak to same person 2x at this store. They float! What kind of scam is Sleepys running?

Maybe Consumer reporters at Channels 4,5 or Eyewitness News 7 can find out! DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM SLEEPYS!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of sleepys adjustable bed and associated monetary loss in the amount of $4800. Sleepys needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
