Purchased a king mattress at Sleepys in Manchester, CT. It was delivered with a slash, looked like from a box cutter.

Called and had it replaced with the same. Had this mattress and box spring for exactly a year. Mattress had "canoe" ruts in it. Called service, they sent an adjuster out who said they would have to replace it.

Got a call from Sleepys to go into store and pick out another because they no longer had this mattress. Went into store, manager said we should buy the one his neighbor bought and was thrilled with. He convinced us to spend more for "top of the line" set, like *** idiots we did. Now into this investment for almost $4,000.00!

Here we are a year later and mattress forming ruts again. Sleepy's forwarded us to this useless company in Florida who sends us a kit and tells us to take photos and mail them back to them. We follow instructions and never hear back from them not to mention can't seem to reach this person again even though we have all his information. Finally call this company and get someone else who says she has the complaint but never got photos!!

How convenient, so I send her the photos and guess what, can't seem to get ahold of her again either! Sleepys should be ashamed of themselves for the fraud they impose on good paying customers.

This person wrote the review because of not as described at Sleepys. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Sleepys to offer any options to resolve the issue.
