ON 15Sep2012 we went to the Sleepy's store on Jennifer Road in Annapolis, Md. We were approached by the Salesperson - Lydia. We told her we were there to replace our SLEEP NUMBER bed. Throughout our time in the store we explained numerous times why we didn't like the SLEEP NUMBER bed. We ask about removal of the SLEEP NUMBER bed and we were told numerous times it wasn't a problem The invoice actually states bedding removal no metal - which there is no on the SLEEP NUMBER bed.

The sale was made -

The delivery company showed up here this morning and we told they can not take a SLEEP NUMBER bed away!

We were lied to and deceived so that they could make a sale - I would NOT recommend SLEEPY'S to ANYONE!
