1) Charged $400 fee for "interest free financing" that was not disclosed until after the sale. 2) Rep told us we could return the adjustable base if we were not satisfied.

Tried to take it back after one week and they refused - said they cannot take back furniture. Had to go to Physical therapy as a result of sales rep recommendations on bed settings.

3) Corporate office is cold, does not care and will refuse to help in any way.

I despise this mattress store.
