This company is a disaster. Like many others' complaints mine begins with the "good news" that my $4000 mattress was on sale!

And in stock! That was on November 24th. It is now December 16th and I still don't have my mattress. First, it was actually NOT in stock.

Then it was "damaged" in transit. Then the delivery guys showed up in my NYC building and rang the wrong apartment so they left when nobody answered. Then it was rescheduled once again for today... I just called and they are telling me it will now be

2 more days.

I have had it with these idiots.

Cancelled my order, moving on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are really terrible, arrogant and also totally unapologetic.
