My experience with the overall company and the store in Niskayuna, NY, in particular, have been incredibly subpar. If I could rate it using a negative amount of stars, I would. There is no customer service, only salesmen hoping to "pull one over" on the customer.

I am now in the process of having to return my second defective mattress in the matter of six months. Both mattresses, within the matter of two months of use, became concave in the middle. When asking for some kind of refund, the company said that they cannot refund my money, only provide a credit for the value of the mattress. Though I paid over $600 for the mattress, I was told that the value of it was only $254 and that the rest of the money had to be itemized differently in order to provide me with the "great deal" I had received.

So, now on to what will be my third mattress, the company still refuses to refund my money and will only provide me this credit that won't even be enough to purchase a new mattress. Not to mention, the delivery fees that I've paid both times.

It is quite the business model to not want to make sure you have a happy customer at the end of the day and to not offer to provide them with anything to make up for the very poor product in addition to the terrible customer service.

As you can imagine, I'm very underwhelmed to have to pick out this new mattress and am not looking forward to having the same issues all over again.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of mattress. Sleepys needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
