Sleepy's delivered my twin sized mattress with an XL twin sized box spring. This was irritating, to say the least, but one mix up isn't awful.

I had to wait another full week for the correct sized box spring to come in stock. No problem, right? Well, today they were supposed to exchange the box springs. First, they say it's going to arrive 8-12.

It's a quarter 'till 12 and they call, still saying they're 30 minutes away. They tell me what they're bringing, and it's the wrong one. Again.

They don't show up, turn around, and just schedule it for another day. I wouldn't be surprised if they bring the wrong one again tomorrow.
