SLEEPYS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO SHOP FROM. I just got off the phone with the nastiessssst supervisor ever, Karen (supposedly the onlyyyy Karen in the company therefore she refused to give me her last name).

She was a disgusting person! My parents purchased a daybed from here and both my little brother and father fell off of it. It was purchased 21 days ago. The bottom piece slides away from the top piece and people can easily call between the crack of the two beds, which is what happened to my loved ones.

I called and complained and stated that we were unhappy with the daybed and did not want it, they told me they do not return or exchange frames. I stated we did not want out money back, store credit would be fine, they refused. This isnt like a regular bed where there is no reason to complain, these are beds that slide together and apart however DANGEROUS. If something happens to anyone in my house because of this bed, I will take greater measures against Sleepys.

What a rude company! Karen claimed "We are recording everything you say. First you said your brother fell last week now you are saying he fell last night!" Thats when I told her the reason why my father fell which I didn't want to say in the first place to not be inappropriate. What a nasty individual.

Everyone told us to purchase from MACYS because they are more reliable and we didnt listen. They were right!

SLEEPS IS AWFUL! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THAT MAY BE PAYING US MILLIONS IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS!
