Had a delivery scheduled and they changed it without speaking to me. After being on the phone for nearly two hours I finally spoke to a manager that guaranteed delivery on the original scheduled day.

Mattress didn't show. After several more phone calls was told the mattress was not on the truck for delivery.

This is just the tip of the poor service. Was lied to by multiple people and am being told I will have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back so I can purchase another mattress from another place.
