bought a complete set. Mattress, box springs, and headboard king.

sagged almost right away. Called and they sent me a do it yourself measuring device with string, weights and a cardboard ruler(very mickey mouse) had to take pics and submit. Mattress has to sag 21/2 inches, we were short by 1/2 inch. was told to wait.

meanwhile back pain continued. measured again 1 month later and now the fun begins, we got the mattress replaced but not without paying a fee for the time we did use the mattress. 3 months later same problem this time they send someone out to measure, now the box springs are broken! and once again they want to charge us.

long story short, it was replaced and now we are rotating the mattress and still both having back pain. its a wonder they let a company like sleepys, with there products so poorly made and there lack of customer service stay in business. Don't get me wrong, there salesmen are good at what they do, they are salesmen. I will not go through the trouble of dealing with them again, its just not worth it.

unfortunatly I dont think they care.

Its a numbers game to them. Don't get sucked in.

4 times exchanged,never had the right one over months and it snowed and the didn't deliver sales guy a liar ,now right but this mattress is killing this bc survivors from stage 4 whole body pain and cant get on the bed have broken rib healing but not good, need a lower box spring foundation they want more $$$ HELP this is a couple of months old!!!!
