Shortly after posting on this site, I received a call from Mary, of Sleepy's. She has fully resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction. Thank you, Mary!

Purchased an expensive mattress from Sleepys last year - it now has a dip in it and coils coming from the side.Single sleeper, not overweight - mattress is garbage.

Sleepys sent someone out to look at the mattress (Bed Check) - took up my entire afternoon and wasn't negotiable at all on scheduling.

Anyway, just got a call from Sleepys that went to voice mail: "warranty is voided due to improper support".What BS, I have a fabulous box spring - never again will I buy from this company - my last mattress was half the price and lasted 10 years (not purchased from Sleepys!)
