ONE SIDE OF OUR BEAUTY REST MATTRESS HAS A HUGE BULGE , CLEARLY DEFECTIVE. SLEEPYS SAID I HAVE TO TAKE IT APART, PHOTOGRAPH BOTH SIDES OF THE MATTRESS WITH MARKERS , E MAIL THEM , ETC, ETC, ETC, .

I WANT THEM TO HANDLE THIS RESPONSIBLY. I SHOULDENT HAVE TO WORK HOURS TO GET THEM TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. OTHER RETAILERS SEND A REP & HANDLE IT. SLEEPYS IS AS EXPENSIVE OR MORE THAT THEM.

THIS IS NOT A JUDGEMENT CALL.

THE STORE MGR SAID SLEEPYS GIVES NO WARRANTY ITS ALL ON THE MFG. LEGALLY IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAN NO MATTER HOW MUCH HE WANTS IT TO BE

Sleepys needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
