Sleepy's obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

I was *** because I did not ask about a return policy and they did not tell. I picked up the bed and was very disappointed in it. I tried returning it unused within 48 hours. They refused.

They got their sale. The salespeople are good at what they do - get money out of you. They jump on you the minute you enter the door and say whatever they can to make sure you don't leave without a purchase. My mistake was going into the store and staying.

Never again. Other stores are more concerned about doing good business - not Sleepy's.

I hear you! I am dealing with a great big run around with Sleepys.

THe sales/customer service/delivery staff=could careless about customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
