We went to the store and selected one of their pricier mattresses and agreed on next day delivery. The next day they delivered a mattress and it didn't feel right.
We looked up the model number and it was the wrong mattress. They delivered their cheapest mattress instead. When we called they said they didn't have the mattress we ordered in stock so somebody must have just put a different one on the truck. They said they would try to get us the right mattress but it was going to be more than a week.
The mattress we were stuck with was unusable. When we called and told them we couldn't wait and we were going to buy from someone else the service rep said my wife was lying about getting delivered the wrong mattress and we should have laid in the bed longer at the store.
She said they were charging us the full price of the original mattress that we never received and there is nothing they can do about it.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of phone customer service and misinformed us. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sleepys mattress and associated monetary loss in the amount of $4000. Sleepys needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
