We spent approximately $5,000 for what we were told was the perfect bed for us. We shopped at the Sleepy's in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania; took all of the tests on the beds, answered all of the questions, and we were advised that the best bed for us would be (of course) one of the most expensive in the store!

We bought it a little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems since. At first, we tested the bed for the initial period and were not happy with how soft it was. When we told Sleepy's we wanted to exchange it, they advised us that we could only exchange it for the same "type" of bed with a pillow-top (which was the whole problem to begin with)! Since we had no options, we went with the same type of bed in the firmest we could get it.

Over the past year, the bed has become two canoes.

My husband and I wake up with back pain every single morning and can barely move throughout the night because it takes too much effort to try to pull ourselves out of the two holes we're sleeping in! And God forbid meet in the middle of the bed on the huge hump that now exists between us. It's borderline ridiculous!

Please don't buy a bed at Sleepy's! They don't know what they're talking about, they hire high-pressured car salesmen, and they don't give you all of the information when they tell you about the trial period!
